Sit then Sip Mindfulness Meetup

This is a weekly morning meetup, facilitated by Anela Bird to help us reset and reconnect after summer. This gathering will begin with a short, grounding meditation to come home to ourselves, followed by a nourishing circle time with some simple contemplations at Coffee Talk in Kaimuki. This space is for you if you're craving slow mornings after a full summer, a rhythm to return to yourself, and real conversation with a like-minded community.

Practitioners Somatic Breathwork

This evening is our gift to the health practitioners in our community to have a chance to step out of the role of giving and into a space where you can receive. Health practitioners are often the ones tending to others’ needs, holding emotional, physical, and energetic space without pause. This $5 community donation session is our way of supporting you in taking intentional time for your own care, to let go, restore, and be held. Join us for an immersive and healing experience of this unique breathwork session led by certified facilitator Anela Bird.
