Spacious Breath & Sound
Journey
This is a soft evening of guided breath, sound, and spacious rest.
So much of life asks us to move, respond, and hold. This is a space where nothing is required of you. This is a gentle, guided experience designed to create room in the body, in the mind, and in the space between. We’ll begin with simple, accessible breathing to help you settle and arrive, followed by an immersive sound journey that will leave you feeling calm, open, & quietly expansive.

Trip of Compassion Screening & Discussion
Join us for the next installment of our 5-part Psychedelic Medicine & Wellness Film Series as we gather for a special screening of Trip of Compassion, a powerful documentary that follows the journey of individuals living with severe PTSD as they participate in MDMA-assisted therapy. Following the film, we will hold a facilitated discussion with Dawn Martin, LMHC, MAPS-Trained MDMA Therapist, who will share her experience working within the MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy training model and discuss the emerging role of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy in trauma treatment.

Sit then Sip Mindfulness Meetup
This is a weekly morning meetup, facilitated by Anela Bird to help us reset and reconnect after summer. This gathering will begin with a short, grounding meditation to come home to ourselves, followed by a nourishing circle time with some simple contemplations at Coffee Talk in Kaimuki. This space is for you if you're craving slow mornings after a full summer, a rhythm to return to yourself, and real conversation with a like-minded community.

These workshops encourage children to connect with their senses, imaginations, and the world around them. Activities like intuitive painting, nature art, music circles, and macrame allow keiki to express themselves freely while fostering a sense of calm and focus.
